Complicated interpretation of EKG in emergency
Abstract
A 56-year-old woman, with a history of hypertension, went to the emergency room due to dyspnea in the chest pain, accompanied by sweating and paleness. on physical examination blood pressure 130 / 82mmhg, heart rate 123 beats per minute. Levines’s sign. Treatment for acute coronary ischemia is started and emergency tests are performed. The electrocardiogram shows an acute stemi-type infarction.
