Resumen
Se realiza una actualización del manejo del paciente politraumatizado con énfasis en trauma abdominal, trauma de pelvis, y de las extremidades. Se presentan herramientas que evalúan la gravedad y pronóstico de pacientes, para priorizar los casos de mayor gravedad.
