Abstract

A female 82-year patient presents to the clinic without pulmonary symptomology and began with an unspecific pain in the left hypochondrium, where ten month later in this location developed a mass. This mass was biopsied which result was not concluding, but in thorax image multiple nodules and one mass were identified. This lung mass was biopsied and the diagnostic.
