Male adolescent patient with symptoms of fever, weight loss and epigastric pain for 6 months
Abstract
The case of a nineteen-year-old male patient is presented, who presents with constitutional syndrome, prolonged fever of unknown origin, digestive signs and symptoms; With a high suspicion of gastric neoplasia, he was hospitalized, where pathology was ruled out, posing a diagnostic challenge due to his unusual symptoms, concluding with the diagnoses of atypical presentation of SLE-type connective tissue.
