Abstract

Chest pain represents a diagnostic challenge for doctors who provide care in first-world emergency services and much more so for doctors who work in hospitals that lack laboratory and imaging studies that are essential for the modern approach. It represents between 5 and 20% of the reasons for medical emergencies.
