Abstract

Abstract: Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune pathology with an unclear pathophysiology and multiorgan involvement. Diagnosis involves a real challenge because of the heterogeneity of clinical manifestations which are established clinical and immunological criteria defined. Although the clinical criteria for SLICC (Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics Group) facilitate diagnosis identifying this entity is no less complex. Most patients present at diagnosis one or two immunological markers and only 25% Anti bodies SM.En this case is observed as from clinical and basic tests reach the diagnosis of a pathology of high complexity, with the presence of all immunological criteria of this case study.
