Abstract
The rationalist positivism, mutilates the being, when affirming that a single possible reality exists (5-6), in the case of medicine sit the patient out of real life. This is possible by reducing it to an object, that is, a diag- entic, a disease, thereby denying the context, the cosmovisi, the feelings and the knowledge of the patient. This way of looking at the world, despite its political neutrality, is conservative, because it maintains the status quo and defends its pretentious normativity (2).
