Abstract

Adapting the work of Edgar Morín, the seven knowledges, to the contemporary medical practice, we find that it is a right and duty of every doctor, to know the problems of the world in general and the problems of the medical world in particular. Knowing the advances of medicine, become an intellectual and vital need at the same time.
